As the Production Manager at Start Elevator India, you will lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including production management, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. You will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely delivery of elevator kits to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and operational expertise to drive efficiency and excellence in our warehouse operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Oversee day-to-day warehouse/ production operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of hydraulic elevator components and assembled kits.

2. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all warehouse activities.

3. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies.

4. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and components needed for elevator kit assembly.

5. Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.

6. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software to track inventory movement, monitor stock levels, and generate reports for analysis.

7. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, including proper handling of materials, equipment maintenance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to streamline processes and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in warehouse operations.

9. Optimize warehouse layout and storage configurations to maximize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.

10. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence in warehouse operations. Get lined up order details from sales team and do production and dispatch planning.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in warehouse management and production operations, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: ₹13,221.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
