Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Executive with a healthcare background to engage with patients who have opted for our treatment and received their medicine kit.

The primary role involves guiding patients through their treatment journey, explaining expected outcomes, addressing common side effects, and ensuring patient adherence to the prescribed roadmap.

This role requires strong communication skills, a scientific/medical background, and the ability to explain medical concepts clearly to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Follow-Up Calls: Call patients who have started treatment and received the medicine kit.
- Treatment Roadmap Explanation: Reinforce the treatment plan for the next two months, ensuring patient adherence.
- Condition Explanation: Explain the patient’s medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM.
- Outcome Expectation: Clearly communicate the expected treatment outcomes.
- Adverse Effect Guidance: Explain common side effects and instruct patients on what to do in case of adverse effects.
- Patient Query Resolution: Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Record Maintenance: Update CRM records with patient interactions and feedback.

Who Should Apply?

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Engineering graduates with strong analytical and communication skills can also apply.

Additional Requirements:

- Comfortable making a high volume of patient calls daily.
- Ability to communicate medical information in a patient-friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Must be open to a dynamic work environment and adapt to evolving patient needs.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
