**About the Role**:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be pivotal in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes for Hyderabad Hub. Your responsibilities will include:
**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, delivering insights on financial performance, trends, and forecasting.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and actionable insights.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with US and India teams to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, aligning financial resources with strategic business initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance against budget, identifying variances, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

**Business Support and Strategic Analysis**:

- Serve as a key finance partner to the HRDC Hub, offering analytical support for business decisions, including new initiatives and projects.
- Evaluate financial implications of business decisions, ensuring alignment with Carrier’s strategic goals and financial health.

**Process Improvement and Systems**:

- Leverage financial systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion (HFM), SAP Finance) to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the financial reporting and analysis framework.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in India and US to ensure seamless financial operations and support.
- Build strong relationships with finance and business leaders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across borders.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree
- Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization
- University Degree or equivalent
- Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
