As we grow, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our in-house team and help shape the look and feel of our digital products.

**Primary Objectives**
- Improve user experience through user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing to align design with business goals.
- Continuously refine design based on user feedback, analytics, and testing.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Design UI elements such as buttons, icons, layout systems, and navigation structures.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate designs.
- Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Technical Skills You Should Have**
- **Figma** - Proficient in creating UI/UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- **Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator** - Strong skills in visual design, layout creation, and custom graphics.
- **Basic Video Editing** - Ability to create simple promotional videos or social media reels using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
- Ability to **research and design creative, trendy social media posts and stories** aligned with current digital marketing trends.
- Solid understanding of **color theory**, typography, and modern design aesthetics.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while also proposing fresh, innovative visual ideas.

**Key Expertise**
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and interface best practices.
- Ability to create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and UI elements using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Skilled in designing **engaging and trendy posts, stories, and promotional creatives** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Capable of creating short, effective marketing videos or motion graphics for digital campaigns.
- Stays up-to-date with current design, branding, and social media trends to create relevant, modern visuals.
