Patient Care Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Lead and coordinate with clinic teams to ensure high quality experience is provided to all patients
- Maintain and grow patient base for the zone
- Plan and drive BTL activities to generate required footfalls at clinics.
- Devise and follow smart marketing plans for Lead generation.
- Business Development for new clinics& in clinic growth through Homeopathy, Aesthetics Product sale.
- Ensure smooth on ground execution of all strategies
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per company’s guidelines.
- Coordinate with franchise partners to make business plan and share progress information.
- Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead
- Coordinate with support functions - such as Medical Service, Admin & Operations, HR, Finance, and

Legal teams for routine documentation, doctors and partners agreements, tasks and process

coordination.
- Assist in maintaining P & L of the zone.
- Liaison with franchise partners and doctors for doctor triparty agreement, franchise agreement and cheques

at the time of joining.
- Maintain hygiene factor at all clinics
- Flawless operations handling of clinics by ensuring all equipments, products ,medicines are in place and as

per desired stock

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate
- Post graduate preferred - Sales or Operations

Work Experience:

- 3yrs - 5 yrs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
