Visual Arts Coordinator

Ensuring that all art materials and supplies are available when needed and ordering additional materials as needed
- Organizing and maintaining databases of images or other reference materials related to artwork, such as images of artists’ styles or historical periods
- Reviewing artist submissions to ensure that they meet the guidelines of the organization or company
- Coordinating with designers and other staff members to determine the best way to display artwork, whether it be on walls or in books, magazines, or other printed materials
- Managing budgets for the art department and communicating these budgets to artists
- Working with artists to select works for exhibitions or projects that are consistent with their style and interests
- Maintaining relationships with galleries, museums, art schools, artists’ agents, and other art-related organizations to develop new opportunities for artists
- Reviewing contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are fair for both parties involved in the contract
- Managing and maintaining digital files of artwork for future reference
- Knowledge in other dept and coordinating with team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
