**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, generate, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and internal teams.
- Gather data from various departments, validate for accuracy, and consolidate it into structured formats.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and present insights to support business operations and strategic planning.
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and customize outputs accordingly.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure integrity in all reports and systems.
- Support ERP/CRM software reporting modules and coordinate with the IT team for enhancements or troubleshooting.
- Identify areas of data quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training or guidance to junior staff or other departments on data entry and MIS procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
