International Sales Executive

**About Mixo**:
**The Role**:
We are seeking to build our founding team with an **International Sales Executive** who will work closely with our Founder/CEO. This is a unique opportunity to shape Mixo’s future while gaining valuable experience in sales strategy, business development, and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate directly with the Founder/CEO to craft and implement strategic growth plans.
- Conduct thorough sales research to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead outbound sales efforts, delegating execution-heavy tasks to freelancers or interns when necessary.
- Participate in daily 15-minute strategy calls to align on goals and progress.
- Work during US hours (7 PM to 3 AM IST), Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
**Who You Are**:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in international B2B sales; experience in enterprise sales is a strong advantage
- Skills: Proficient in using sales tools such as Instantly, SalesForge, CRM systems, and Excel
- Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-driven, and excel at strategic thinking and independent problem-solving
- Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written English, comfortable interacting with US-based clients
- Adaptable: Open to working flexible hours and taking on diverse responsibilities within the business.

**Compensation**:
Starting salary between INR 70,000 - INR 100,000 per month, with the potential for up to INR 150,000 after a 3-month performance review. Additional commissions and performance bonuses apply.
