- Investigate and resolve customer/agency/underwriters queries
- Calculating premium impact of the approval and report out
- Manage to work on different software and manage data effectively
- Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read, understand and follow the procedures.
- Maintaining a customer database
- Ready to learn new things on continuous basis

Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel

- Day Shift and 5 days working, Saturday and Sunday is the fixed
- Must be a Graduate in any Specialization
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Pro-active and multitasking would be preferable
- Good Typing Speed
- Should have good command over English
- Ability to work independently within team framework.
- Should be fine with the 8 months bond policy
- Ability to make own decisions
- Should have the basic knowledge of computer.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
