Sales Representative

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The responsibilities of a Sales Representative, also known as a Sales Executive or Salesperson, revolve around generating sales and building relationships with customers. Here are some common responsibilities of a Sales Representative:

5. **Achieving Sales Targets**: Set and work towards achieving sales targets and objectives within a defined timeframe. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities.

6. **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging opportunities. Provide feedback to the company regarding product improvements or market demands.

7. **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related information using SAS software or other tools. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to provide visibility to the sales performance.

8. **Customer Service and Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with customer support teams to handle post-sales service and support as required.

9. **Product Knowledge and Training**:Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated with product knowledge and participate in ongoing training programs.

10. **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams.
