**Key Responsibilities / Job Role**:

- **Prepare and Serve Drinks**: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
- **Cash and Payment Handling**: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor bar stock levels, replenish supplies, and assist in inventory control.
- **Bar Maintenance**: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked; wash glassware and maintain hygiene standards.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff (servers, kitchen, management) to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle any disruptive behavior or disputes calmly and professionally, seeking assistance when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of drink recipes, bar tools, and alcohol regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bartending certification
