**Job Role**:
**This position will be taking care of Operational Audits like Plant Audit, Manufacturing, Audit, Production Audit, System Audit, SCM Audit, Compliance Audit etc**
- Conduct Internal Audits to verify the accuracy.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth audit
- Supervising and conducting independent audits as per laid down procedures and develop systems for process improvement.
- **Audit Planning**:

- Develop an annual audit plan based on risk assessments and input from key stakeholders.
- Identify key manufacturing processes and areas for audit focus.
- **Internal Controls**:

- Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls within manufacturing processes.
- Identify weaknesses in internal control mechanisms and recommend improvements.
- **Inventory Audit**:

- Audit inventory management practices to ensure accuracy, proper valuation, and efficient control.
- Inventory valuation and review of NMI and SMI
- Identify potential risks related to inventory shrinkage, obsolescence, and stockouts
- **Compliance Audits**:

- Evaluate manufacturing processes and practices to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Verify adherence to safety, environmental, and other relevant regulations.
- **Quality Management**:

- Review quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- **Supplier Audits**:

- Conduct audits of key suppliers to ensure they meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's supplier management processes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of audit procedures, findings, and recommendations.
- Communicate audit results to management through comprehensive reports and presentations

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
