Senior Specialist - Client Reporting - IN
The Senior Client Service Associate II partners with associates in Distribution and Relationship Management to service Institutional and High Net Worth clients investing in the company's products. Under general supervision, the role frequently communicates with clients and focuses on onboarding new client accounts, delivering reports to clients, and working with business partners to service client needs throughout the client lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver an outstanding client experience. At this level, the associate provides thought leadership and actively engages in problem solving

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Production and reviews of periodic reports, issue analysis and resolution.
- Client focused mindset, diligence, accuracy, flexibility and attention to detail on all the deliverables and tracking.
- Stakeholder Management
- Team Management

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements
