**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate payments and reconciliations.

Perform routine financial data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure proper fund management.

Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Coordinate and assist in the management of inventory levels to ensure availability of products for timely delivery.

Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize distribution processes and minimize operational bottlenecks.

Assist in forecasting demand, production scheduling, and inventory planning to maintain an efficient supply chain.

Contribute to operational improvements by identifying areas for optimization and implementing process enhancements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
