**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor logbook and employee attendance register.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier and correspondence.
- Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
**Telecalling & Customer Communication Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales, promotions, or service follow-ups.
- Explain product/service details and offers persuasively.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues or forward them to relevant teams.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned by the manager.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist HR/Admin in onboarding, filing, and documentation.
- Prepare daily call reports, visitor records, and basic MIS reports.
- Support management in various office coordination tasks.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum Graduate (any stream).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language (if applicable).
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer service oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Persuasive and confident phone handling skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
