**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and verify bills of quantities and invoices for MEP projects.
- Review contractor and vendor invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams for measurement verification.
- Maintain accurate records of all project billing, measurements, and reconciliations.
- Handle variations and change orders related to MEP works, ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve any discrepancies in billing or payments.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on billing status, outstanding amounts, and cash flows.
- Assist in project cost control and ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and the procurement team to streamline billing processes.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in MEP billing with hands-on experience in large-scale construction projects.
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in billing software and MS Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and measurement verification.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
