Sales Support Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders.
- Assist with lead generation and research using LinkedIn and other tools to identify potential prospects.
- Support the cold calling process by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate sales meetings and manage calendars, ensuring proper follow-ups and reminders for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and smooth communication between teams.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Track and report on sales metrics to monitor progress towards sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using various computer software and tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and professional networking.
- Some exposure to cold calling or customer outreach, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
