Team TCB is growing and we are happy to announce that we are hiring a Visual Designer.

What would you be responsible for:
Design monthly social media creatives (posts + stories + reels) for clients.

Design branding/promotional material & additional design deliverables as needed.

Reference & Ideate visual examples fit for the respective client.

Staying relevant with design trends & social media trends.

Create mood boards for shoots & add visual direction to anything created for the brand.

Maintain a Content bank of creatives for the clients.

Working in a team supporting the other designers in formulating, interpreting, referencing, visually articulating, and providing feedback to complete the design work.

Your Duties:
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize content fit for the brand & execute the concepts visually.

Execute the visual ideas after research & framework of the finalized concept. Research into the brand's niche to create content fitting for the brand.

Create graphics for paid ad campaigns, logos, brochures, ads for magazines & newspapers, etc

Communicate with the client to give rationale to your designs and receive feedback.

Schedule & update sheets for social media posting.

Participate in idea brainstorming for campaigns.

Contributing to the content calendar for clients.

**Required Skills**:
Have 1+ year experience in design (agency experience preferred).

Compatible communication and convincing skills to communicate with clients when necessary.

Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design softwares.

Hands-on experience with Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Procreate will be an added advantage

Time management.

Attention to detail.

Employment Type: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹12,680.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
