**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounting & Reporting**: Prepare financial statements (AS/Ind AS/IFRS), manage ledgers, and ensure compliance.
- **Audit & Assurance**: Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits as per ICAI’s Auditing Standards (SAs).
- **Taxation**: Handle direct (Income Tax) and indirect taxes (GST), filings, assessments, and advisory.
**Skills Required**:
- Expertise in accounting/audit standards, tax laws, and financial software (Tally/SAP).
- Analytical, ethical, and strong communication skills.
