**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **end-to-end counseling** to students aspiring to study in Australia.
- **Evaluate student profiles** and suggest suitable courses, universities, and pathways.
- Conduct **GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) assessments** and ensure compliance with visa rules.
- Guide students in preparing **SOPs, financials, and supporting documents**.
- Stay updated with **visa policies, immigration updates, and university requirements**.
- Coordinate with **universities, colleges, sub-agents, and internal departments**.
- Handle **student walk-ins, office consultations, and online inquiries** professionally.
- Ensure **timely follow-ups** with students and parents.
- Support in **organizing education fairs, seminars, and social media activities**.
- Report **daily/weekly progress** to the Manager/CEO.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year experience** in Australia student counseling & admissions.
- Strong understanding of **Australian education system, GTE, and visa process**.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to **work under deadlines**.
- Ability to build **trusting relationships** with students and parents.
