**Position Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to drive sales and develop strong relationships with our clients. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate our agricultural products to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Report all day-2-day activity to Regional Sales Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products and market dynamics.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
