As a Telecalling expert, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts, building relationships with customers and promoting our brand.

In this position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and engaging with them to generate sales leads. You will also handle incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a friendly and outgoing personality. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are also essential.

you have to also generate leads for outside sales teams, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences and provide relevant information
- Generate sales leads by effectively pitching our offerings and persuading customers to purchase
- Handle incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide feedback for improvement

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Graduation
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly and outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools
- Familiarity with automotive industry products and services is a plus
- Approx Done 150-200 Call
- Good Communication Skills
- No Sound Errors or MTI
