**1. Graphic Designer (Social Media + Motion Graphics)**

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in creating Instagram/Facebook creatives, carousels, thumbnails
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (bonus: After Effects)
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, layout design, and color theory
- A keen interest in cricket content is a BIG plus

**2. Video Editor (Reels + YouTube + Sports Content)**

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Experience editing fast-paced reels, highlights, and cinematic content
- Familiarity with trending formats, meme edits, and transitions
- Passion for working with cricket match content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage

**3. Content Writer / Copywriter**

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong command over English and social media trends
- Experience in writing captions, short scripts, and ad copy
- Ability to create witty hooks and cricket-related content (match teasers, slogans, etc.)
- Passion for sports storytelling is essential
