**Responsibilities**:

- Leads high performing teams consisting of Managers, Data Scientists and Architects with focus on Business Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Sciences
- Delivers Rapid Prototypes, Experiments, Hypothesis testing and Adhoc Analysis to arrive at data-driven decision making to solve complex business problems in Global Operations, Supply chain, and Manufacturing disciplines
- Conceptualizes new ideas into solutions to solve identified business problems with Analytics & Automation and constantly looks out to optimize analytics solutions to our customers
- Enforces software development standards, maintains process checkpoints to ensure adherence to design standards and creates/improves metrics for the organization to arrive at data driven decisions
- Drives high quality and on-time delivery of solutions while adhering to the software development standards
- Develops and owns Analytics roadmap for our customers, provides best in class analytics solutions for the problems at hand
- Collaborates closely with overseas counterparts, and adjacent technical functions in a cross-functional environment
- Works with leadership peers to drive process improvements as necessary

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Years of Experience**:Minimum 15+ years and 8 - 10 years of supervisory experience

**Job Experience**:Experience in Building and Managing large technical & Analytics Teams.

Strong Expertise in Data, BI, Web Applications, Advanced Analytics, Data Science & Enterprise Architecture.

**Education**:Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science/ Engineering /Mathematics / Statistics / Business Administration (Systems & operations)
- Leadership skills, recruiting, coaching & mentoring, motivating, decision making and driving positive change
- Prior experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams of technical individuals simultaneously working on multiple projects
- Hands-On experience in building and managing large Analytics and Data Science projects with strong expertise in data mining and statistical analysis to deliver solutions for Supply Chain/ Manufacturing/Operations Industry.
- Strong working knowledge and experience in Enterprise & Data Architecture, Database Design, Profiling, Modeling, SAP HANA/SQL Server, BI and Visualization tools Power BI
- Practical experience with SAS, ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics
- Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
- Ability to work with local & global stakeholders in a matrix environment, interacting and presenting in front of C-level executives
- Excellent verbal, written, and clear communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Business Systems like Kinaxis, Supply Chain Guru, SPM, SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with programming languages such as Java/Python, Big Data platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Java, Web API, GPU Clusters for DL
- Hands-On Working Experience on Azure Cloud. Experience in Web Apps(.NET), Power Platform
