**Profile Requirements**:

- An Interior Designer should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial for client interactions and project management.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices is important.
- Certification from a recognized design institution and familiarity with sustainable design practices are preferred.
- The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
