**IT Tutor (Work From Home)**

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred)
- Teaching experience or a strong understanding of teaching methods is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach IT concepts to students up to 12th standard (including topics like programming, database management, computer networks, etc.).
- Provide clear, engaging explanations and real-time assistance with assignments and projects.
- Customize lessons according to the student’s individual learning pace and style.
- Answer queries and provide additional support outside regular teaching hours, if required.
- Ensure lessons are delivered in a structured and understandable manner.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to teach remotely.
- Basic proficiency in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Ability to create engaging learning materials and resources.
