- Should be open to work in Rotational Shift.
- Inbound calling process. Generating revenue from calls, online inquiries & convert into sales for flights, car rentals, package booking etc. B2C Process
- Knowledge of destinations, fare check, alternate flights, exchange flights, date changes, refunds and cancellation of existing booking.
- Experience in handling airlines calls, flight bookings (US, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe market)
- Must possess excellent selling & negotiation skills
- Meet monthly revenue generation targets

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

- Hindi (preferred)
