**Job Title: Purchase Assistant**
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, products, and services in line with our JVS requirements.

2. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

3. Maintain accurate records of purchases, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.

4. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about market trends and pricing.

5. Prepare purchase orders, review invoices, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely payments.

6. Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support in selecting suitable suppliers.

7. Monitor and assess supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

8. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement activities.

9. Assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.
- **Qualifications**:_

1. Bachelor's degree, interested in Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. Strong communication, and organizational skills.

3. Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
