**EXPERIENCE**:

A Meditation & yoga Centre is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin-Back office cum Telecalling executive to join their team and contribute to the efficient functioning of their office operations.
- 1. **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. **Must be having good Experience in Calling & Customer Handling Skills**. Handling Requests and enquiries and direct them to appropriate individuals.

**2. Scheduling & Calling Clients**: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and conferences. Prepare agendas and make necessary to ensure smooth proceedings..

**4. Data Entry & Documentation**:Manage and maintain company documents, records and reports working in Excel and word with E-mail drafting. Accurately enter and update data in various company databases and systems.

**5. Office Supplies**:Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for day to day operations.

**6. Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**7. Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues and support team members when necessary to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

**8. Reporting**:Prepare regular reports and presentations for management summarizing office activities, expenses, and other relevant information.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven Experience in Office administration or a similar role with good customer handling skills

2. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) & E-mail with office equipment operation.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to details.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and Verbal in all 3 languages ie Hindi, Bengali & English.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

6. Good Time Management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively and must be target Oriented.

7. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

8. Familiarity with the Service and Client based industry or related field is advantageous.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift 10:00 Hrs. - 19:00 Hrs.
- SUNDAY will be working Day (TUESDAY will be weekly off).

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
