**Reports To**: Collection Manager / Area Collection Head

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to join our collections team. The primary responsibility will be to visit customers for collection of outstanding dues, ensure timely recovery, and maintain positive customer relationships while adhering to company policies and legal compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers' premises as per the allocated route plan to follow up on overdue payments.
- Deliver reminders, notices, and recovery letters as per protocol.
- Negotiate repayment plans and timelines with defaulters.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update the system regularly.
- Provide timely feedback and escalate problematic accounts to supervisors.
- Ensure cash/cheque collections are deposited or handed over as per company policy.
- Maintain professionalism and courteous conduct during customer interactions.
- Identify and report any suspicious behavior or disputes during visits.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for any customer documentation requirements.
- Adhere to legal guidelines and internal procedures regarding debt collection.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation is Mandatory
- Proven experience in field collections, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Android-based mobile apps.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

- Familiarity with local geography.
- Multilingual abilities depending on the region.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
