**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and execute the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with management
- Plan training programs based on business goals
- Execute the individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Execution of coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning.
- Acclimate new hires to the Company and conduct the induction orientation sessions as per the checklist
- Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and using modern training methods to develop and deliver training
- Supporting sales team by contributing through lead generation efforts
- Execute and facilitate the HR department to conduct the employee engagement/wellness activities at Sites successfully.
- Execute Rewards & Recognition program at Sites.

Maintain performance records on daily / weekly/ Monthly basis

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
