Count of Surgeries done independently:

- Laparoscopic cholecystectomy - Independently 30 Cases
Laparoscopic appendectomy - Independently 30 Cases

Laparoscopic Hernioplasty (TEP, TAPP or ETAP) - 15 - 20
Stapler MIPH - 25 - 50
Laser hemorrhoidectomy - 15 - 20
Skills:

- Who can give availability from10am to 8pm
Should be flexible (travelling, hungry for own practice, eager to learn, receptive to training and work on weekends)
Salary ;
- Upto 2,25,000 LPM + Traveling Allowance + Incentives after 7times revenue generation( 10-15% of the total bill)
