**Principal Responsibilities**

***
- Will play a vital role in the design, development, testing & publishing of marketing collaterals through Adobe Experience Manager web and mobile solutions
- Will work closely with global AEM teams and local INM business, marketing, D&A teams for problem understanding and developing the collaterals
- Understand the business objectives clearly behind the collaterals to effectively use the components and layouts for getting the message across
- The stakeholders would include: CLCM, Premier, EBS, International, Cards, Wealth, Unsecured, Mortgages, Digital, D&A, Regulatory teams
- Develop AEM templates and components for various platforms: SMS, EDMs, banners, Whatsapp communications, notifications
- Publishing the content creation in the required format which is adaptive to different platforms
- Act as a technical liaison between the Pega and business & marketing to get the desired rendition
- Deliver the collaterals in the agreed TAT & quality
- Edits of the existing AEM formats to accommodate the change in business requirements
Requirements
- Good working knowledge & hands on experience on Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
