Female Front Desk Executive Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office
- Handle all incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth functioning of front office operations
- Manage appointments and scheduling of meetings for management
**2. Telecalling**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or leads to provide information about products/services
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle basic customer queries and transfer calls to relevant departments if needed
- Keep accurate call logs and reports to track the performance of telecalling activities
**3. Administration**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other administrative duties as required
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office functioning
- Keep the front office area neat and organized
**4. Customer Interaction**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries from walk-in clients or customer
- Provide necessary product or service information and assistance to visitors or callers
**5. Data Entry & Record Maintenance**:
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Handle documentation and filing tasks for the front desk
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (preferably a graduate).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Experience in telecalling or front desk roles is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
