**Job Overview**:
A Model is responsible for posing for photographs, videos, or live events to showcase products, fashion, or artistic concepts. The role involves working closely with photographers, designers, makeup artists, stylists, and other creatives to achieve a specific look or portrayal. Models may work in various industries, such as fashion, commercial, fitness, or runway, and must be adaptable to different roles depending on the needs of the client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photoshoots**: Pose for still photography or video production to display products, clothing, accessories, or concepts as directed by photographers, art directors, or designers.
- **Runway Shows**: Participate in fashion shows by walking the runway and presenting collections, maintaining poise and confidence while following choreography or direction.
- **Brand Promotion**: Represent brands, products, or services by being featured in advertisements, catalogs, websites, and promotional materials.
- **Product Display**: Demonstrate and model products, such as clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, or fitness equipment, in a visually appealing manner.
- **Collaborate with Creative Team**: Work with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and directors to achieve the desired look, theme, or concept for each project.
- **Maintaining Appearance**: Ensure personal grooming, fitness, and skin care are consistent with the requirements of the job, as appearance is often a key part of a model’s role.
- **Attending Castings & Auditions**: Attend casting calls, auditions, or go-sees to secure modeling assignments and projects.
- **Posing Techniques**: Utilize various posing techniques to create flattering angles and showcase products or clothing effectively.
- **Travel**: Travel to different locations, studios, or event venues for photoshoots, runway shows, and promotional appearances.
- **Portfolio Development**: Build and maintain a professional portfolio showcasing high-quality photos of your work that demonstrate versatility across different modeling styles.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Physical Appearance**: A well-maintained appearance is essential, including grooming, posture, and fitness, as the role often requires the model to meet specific appearance criteria.
- **Posing & Body Awareness**: Understanding of how to pose effectively and move in front of the camera or during runway shows.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to various styles, themes, and roles, including fashion, commercial, fitness, or beauty modeling.
- **Communication**: Ability to take direction from photographers, stylists, and designers while also expressing oneself through body language and poses.
- **Professionalism**: Maintaining a professional attitude on set, handling work stress, and collaborating effectively with other team members.
- **Confidence**: High level of self-confidence and comfort in front of the camera or large audiences (for runway models).
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, attend castings, and meet deadlines for shoots or events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in modeling or a related field, including portfolio work or prior modeling gigs.

**Work Environment**:
Models typically work in studios, on-location shoots, fashion runways, or at live events. The role may require irregular hours, long working days, and travel. Models often work on a freelance or contract basis, though full-time positions may also exist with modeling agencies or companies.

Pay: ₹11,180.34 - ₹61,658.48 per month
