**The Role**

We're looking for a resourceful and self-driven **Outreach and Growth Associate** to take our outreach game to the next level. You’ll be the engine behind our first customer connections, getting our product in front of decision-makers and opening doors to conversations that matter. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company and make your mark in a space where deep tech meets global impact.

**What You'll Do**
- Follow ready-made outreach workflows, while optimizing them through experimentation and feedback
- Connect with potential leads, start conversations, and book meetings for the core team
- Track engagement and refine outreach strategies
- Collaborate with the founders to test new go-to-market angles and messaging tactics

**What We're Looking For**
- Someone who thrives on execution — you love ticking things off a list, running experiments, and getting results
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks
- Proactive, independent, and not afraid to take initiative

Bonus if you’ve worked in early-stage startups, SaaS, or B2B environments — but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹250.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
