**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred
**Reporting to**: Chief Dental Surgeon / Clinic Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Chairside Assistance**:

- Assist dentists during procedures such as RCTs, extractions, fillings, and crown placements.
- Prepare instruments and materials before patient appointments.
- Maintain proper suction, retraction, and comfort for the patient.
- **Sterilization & Infection Control**:

- Sterilize instruments using autoclave and maintain aseptic protocols.
- Disinfect treatment rooms between patients.
- Ensure compliance with Health Chakra’s SOPs.
- **Patient Management**:

- Greet patients and assist them before, during, and after procedures.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care as instructed by the doctor.
- Maintain a calm and friendly environment for pediatric and anxious patients.
- **Inventory & Equipment Management**:

- Monitor dental materials and consumables.
- Notify the clinic manager of stock levels.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and ready for use.
- **Administrative Assistance** _(if required)_:

- Help with appointment scheduling, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain patient records in digital or physical formats.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
