Key Responsibilities:

- Organize, secure, and maintain financial records, including cash, cash equivalents, and documents, in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Review and record computerized financial data, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare, review, and audit financial statements and payroll reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments, invoices, and financial issues.
- Process and maintain cashier banks, contracts, and daily deposits.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of period-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Assist in developing financial reports and presenting data to management, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing financial records, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively while balancing work and family responsibilities.
- No supervisory experience required.
