**Job Summary**: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive with a strong foundation in QMS audits, basic data science knowledge, and good communication skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the têxtile industry with exposure to system management and quality processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the department, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular QMS audits, identify gaps, and support corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Support data collection and analysis related to system processes, offering insights through basic data science tools to improve system efficiency.
- Assist in monitoring system operations, ensuring proper documentation and reporting are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth system functionality and implementation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management on system performance, audits, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest trends and developments in têxtile systems and quality management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering
- Diploma in Textile Engineering
- B.Tech. in Textile Engineering

(Other relevant qualifications will be considered)

**Experience**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) audits.
- Basic understanding of data science tools and techniques (Excel, statistical tools, etc.).
- Familiarity with têxtile industry systems and processes is a plus.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **English** and **Hindi**.
- Ability to interact effectively with team members, management and stakeholders.

**Other Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

**Salary**:

- Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
