Organize and oversee the manufacturing of HT cables. This position is responsible for the smooth running of all production with the goal of building the best products on-time while maintaining a safe working environment, continuously improving processes and being an asset to our clients. The production manager oversees planning/purchasing, fabrication, assembly, prep & paint
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- Develop, supervise, and coordinate with quality teams.
- Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees on the shop floor.
- Manufacture the best products (both machines & tools) to targeted delivery.
- Establish workflow to enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product, safety, and integrity.
- Hold team accountable to meet quality standards.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Develop a schedule to ensure facilities and manufacturing equipment is maintained.
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
