**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and teaching methodologies in line with industry standards and academic requirements.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic planning.
- Mentor students academically and professionally.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
- Organize and contribute to workshops, guest lectures, and seminars.
- Collaborate with industries and corporates for training, placements, and project tie-ups.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- M.E./M.Tech/Ph.d in Computer Science/IT or equivalent, Ph.D. preferred or in progress.
- MBA with B.Tech(CSE/IT)
- Specialization or certifications in Business Systems, Data Science, AI/ML, or relevant domains is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge in computer programming, business systems, and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A research mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development.
