_**Measure and value the work done on site, prepare client bills, liaise with client’s representative and verify bills.**_
- _**Preparation of sub-contractors bills on weekly basis.**_
- _**Liaison with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.**_
- _**Prepare budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.**_
- _**Prepare Bar Bending Schedule.**_
- _**Knowledge in MS Project is mandatory**_
- **Experience**:_ **Not less than 2**_ **Years**_ **as **_**Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction**_

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
