**Job Description and Qualifications**

:
Diploma/ B.E. engineer in Civil/Mechanical/E&I Engineering with 10+ Years’ experience as Construction Estimator. Experience of working on Air Separation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry would be preferred.
- Purpose

Purpose of this position is to assist Site Construction Manager/Project Manager in efficiently managing both pre and post award construction quantity estimation and calculation, unit rate comparison, cost estimation activities during project execution for Construction Package.**Nature and Scope**

The position is based at Site (Saudi Arabia), Person will be based at Pune for two to three Months for initial alignment and then deputed to a large Construction Site managed by Air Products. Reports to site Construction Manager/ Project Manager.

- Overall Supervision (approximate): Contract for a period of Thirty-six Months,- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Preparation of Mechanical Construction Bid Breakdown (Bill of Quantity) from PID’s, PFD’s and Layout Inputs.
- Prepare Inhouse cost estimation for the Construction Package (Base on Direct Indirect cost)
- Maintain Cost Key and Price Master by Updating information.
- Preparation of RFQ Mechanical Construction Package for Vendor/Contractor.
- Attend the Pre-Bid Meeting with Vendor/Contractor. New Vendor/Contractor development.
- Obtains Bids from Vendor/ Contractor and Identify qualified Vendor and Price Negotiation.
- Prepare the Cost analysis Report by collecting analyzing and summarizing the information and Market Trends.
- Work with Construction team & Subcontracting Team in Project execution stage providing them the Inputs on Contracts and Validation of Contractor RA Bill as per company process.
- Work with Project Cost Control team in Project execution stage providing them the Inputs and Preparation of ETC for Construction Package.
- Reconciliation (True ups) of Construction quantity Vs. PO quantity at the end of the Project.
- Preparation of Final Reconciliation (True ups) and signoff the same with subcontracting Team.
- Supporting global Team from India in various activities.
- In-house Development and Preparation of Cost Benchmark for India Project Execution team
- Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other activities & Skill set
- In-depth knowledge of construction and its principles and guidelines.
- Preparation of Tender and contracting Documents for Construction package.
- Thorough knowledge of Site health, Safety, quality and environment procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ Year of Construction Estimation Experiences Required with 1-2 Year of Site Experiences is added advantage.
- Education - Min. Diploma or BE in Civil/Mechanical/E&I
- Skid or Module experiences will be Plus.
- Previous Experience working with EPC Company.
- Previous Experience in SMR and ASU plants.
- Fluent Communication skill in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High Energy and Responsive Team member interested to take initiative and work in fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of any Estimating software will be plus.
- Open to learn and adapt to company Culture.
- Knowledge of Construction Subcontracting will be plus.
