Avenue Supermarts Limited operates one of the leading and popular supermarket chains under the brand name “DMart” and has currently 324 stores operational in 12 States of India. The corporate office of Avenue Supermarts Limited is in Thane, Maharashtra.

**Job Purpose**:
To handle all legal matters for the organization related to Real Estate, Intellectual Property Act.
- Should be able to know about Drafting comprehensive Intellectual Property license and assignment deeds, ensuring legal clarity and compliance with Contracts, Trademark laws, Patents, Signages
- Drafting and Vetting of documents such as Leave and License.

**Special Requirements**:

- Should have excellent Commercial drafting skills - MUST
- Should have sound knowledge of Property Laws of State of Maharashtra.

Educational Qualification : LLB/LLM

Experience : 0 to 1 Year

Salary Range : 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 LPA

Location : Thane West

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
