**Position Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design and create engaging graphics for digital and print materials including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product, incorporating music, graphics, and special effects as needed.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs and videos.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Provide input and creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies through visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is an advantage.
