**Job Descripition**:
We are looking for highly motivated Senior Talent Sourcing Team members.

Essential Duties of a Senior Recruiter:

- Source and recruit top talent from job boards, LinkedIn, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); perform full life cycle recruiting tasks
- Create and upload Piper roles to our career portal and job boards including Monster, Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn, and Targetrecruit

Qualifications & Skills of a Senior Recruiter:

- 1 - 2+ years of high-performing Recruiting and/or staffing experience
- Preferable experience recruiting IT skill sets
- Ability to meet and surpass minimum weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity goals
- Good Communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹260,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
