We are looking for a skilled Tele-caller to join our sales department. As a Telecaller at Goodvel Technologies Pvt Ltd,
- you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone, providing them with detailed information about our apartments and flats, and persuading them to consider our offerings.
- Your primary goal will be to generate leads, set appointments for site visits, and contribute to the overall sales targets of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our product.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our product, including features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Identify and understand the customer's needs, answer their inquiries, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Persuade prospective customers to schedule site visits and appointments with our sales team.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication to nurture relationships.
- Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 plus years of experience as a Tele-caller.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting appointments.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages

**Salary**:

- ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month + Incentives (Slab to be discussed during the interview)
