We are looking for Accounting Executive for US Process. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping activities, reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the reconciliation activities and close processes of the ES General Accounting team
- General Ledger accounting entries
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Bank Account Reconciliations
- Data analysis and related corrective action associated with the accounting activities above
- Miscellaneous General Accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, invoicing, wire transfers, error corrections, reporting, account reconciliations, etc.
- Exposure to and possible involvement in supporting multiple areas of ES including, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Timekeeping, Tax, etc.
- Possibilities of role expansion and rotational opportunities in all Accounting areas of the ES General Accounting team include Fixed Assets, Intercompany & Payroll, etc.

**Required Skills**:

- **QuickBooks experience is must.**:

- Good client communication
- Good excel knowledge
- Analyticalm problem identification, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Timings: 10pm-3am, Monday to Friday. (part time)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
