**DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities** **Technical & Mechanical Tasks**
- Rebuild engines ranging from **B3.3 to QSK78**, including both mechanical and electronic systems.
- Rebuild sub-assemblies such as **liner-piston**, **oil cooler**, **aftercooler**, and **oil pan**.
- Inspect components for wear, damage, and usability before assembly.
- Perform **dry leak testing** on engines and components.
- Maintain **5S standards** in the work area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

**Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)**
- Stop work and report any major injury hazards immediately.
- Comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in HSE training and promote a safety-first culture.
- Identify and correct hazards within control and capability.

**Quality & Delivery**
- Perform supervised work using diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections and provide feedback for preventive maintenance.
- Follow all process documentation and quality procedures.
- Track and record data related to component performance and rebuilds.

**Teamwork & Continuous Improvement**
- Communicate effectively with peers and support teams.
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
- Assist with preventive, emergency, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Qualifications**
- **Diploma** in **Automobile** or **Mechanical Engineering** _OR_
- **ITI/NCTVT** certification with **5+ years of relevant experience** in engine rebuilding or maintenance.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

- Strong understanding of **engine systems**, components, and their functions.
- Proficient in handling and using various **gauges and measurement tools**.
- Experience in **component inspection**, **data tracking**, and **recording**.
- Familiarity with **dry leak testing** and **sub-assembly rebuilds**.

**Experience**
- Entry-level to intermediate experience depending on educational background.
