**Job description**:
Agadh is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video cum Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a designer/editor you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging, and high-converting video content tailored for social media ads, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. You must be proficient in video editing software, have a keen eye for detail, and understand digital marketing trends to create content that performs exceptionally well.
- **Minimum 3+ years of experience**_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for ads and social media.
- Design and add motion graphics, text animations, transitions and effects.
- Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and UGC-style videos.
- Color grade, add sound design and optimize videos for different platforms.
- Repurpose content into various formats/aspect ratios for Meta and other platforms etc.
- Collaborate with creative, content and marketing teams to align with campaign goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and follow platform best practices.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms.

Preferred experience and qualification:

- Proficiency in **Editing software** like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.
- **Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends**: Understanding how video content impacts conversions, engagement, and performance marketing.
- Worked in a **digital marketing agency or performance marketing setup**.
- Experience in **editing high-performing ad creatives** for brands.
- Understanding of **UGC ad trends, meme edits, and viral content formats**.
- Ability to **repurpose video content** for different social platforms.
